The rules we hold ourselves to

• No paid placement. Brands can't pay to be included or to change an order. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labeled Sponsored and kept separate from our guides.
• We say how we research. We don't hands-on test the products we cover; every guide says so and lists the specs, reviews and lab data it relies on.
• No static prices. Prices change constantly, so we link to the retailer to check the current price instead of quoting one.
